The problem here is that when I get sick, I just sit and worry about everything even though I can’t do anything about any of it. And worrying without an outlet to pour that into just increases the stress and makes it harder for me to get better. But being sick makes me stressed enough as it is, and I know that if I take time off to get better, I’ll just have to catch up even more later, which is more stressful and it all becomes a huge cycle. Greeaaaaaaaat.
